These are the European posters that I've been in touch with, or who have got in touch with me. If you wish to join in, Email me, or don't want to join in, but live in the UK, then still Email me, so you can be scorned and shown for the cad you are! Plus it will stop me into hassling you to come.

Thanks again for your response, I never expected such a large response! Hopefully you'll all be able to come, and have a "unique" time! ;)

POSSIBLE HOWL!!!:

At last we have together what could be a possible howl. Note that this is by *no* means definite, and a better location is still being sort after.

Basically, the howl will be in Aberystwyth, on April 5th to April 8th, with anyone staying longer either arriving earlier or later.

Why Easter?

Well, it's a bank holiday at this time, which will allow people from both Uni, and those who have to work, to be able to come. A bank holiday on either end of a weekend is too good an opportunity to miss!

Why Aberystwyth?

Aberystwyth is a holiday town, which is mainly supported by tourism and the student population. This gives us several advantages. The main one is the wide choice of accommodation to choose from. There are camp sites, static caravans, hotels, cheap student accommodation, all within easy reach of the main town. This means that you can stay there however you wish. There is a lovely castle ruin to go howling in for all you romantics, which is quiet enough at night for a good howl. There is also a quiet beach, which we can hold bonfires on. I have done this twice before without hassles, and we shouldn't be disturbed there. Looking over the sea by campfire is like looking over the edge of the world, and should provide a bit of inspiration for you! Also, with it being mainly students, anything weird or bazaar seen in the town is the norm, and so we should go relatively unnoticed. Access to Aber is simple enough, and has rail, National Express coach, and road links, so getting there won't be a problem. Either myself or Wendy can meet you in Aber then, and take you to where you want to go.

However, Aberystwyth is still a public place, and although it's stuck in the middle of no where, there may be better places in the UK for a Howl.

If nothing location wise turns up within the next few weeks, I'll harass the tourist board, and see what they have on offer. If you have any suggestions, then Email me.

Are you interested in coming?

Of course you are! If you are interested in coming, then Email me at:

Utlah@sw@mpf0x.dem0n.c0.uk

I need to know the following:

    Where are you?
Can you drive, and/or do you own a vehicle, and can you offer rides?
Do you know of a suitable location at which to hold a Howl/Meet?
Do you have access to Camping equipment, for yourself, and others too?
What other resources can you provide?

If you aren't interested in coming, but do know of a good location, then please also Email me, as this is proving the hardest to do.

NEW MAILING LIST:

If all is going well you should have received this from the new Mailing List. It has now been moved from UKHowl@SW@mpf0x.dem0n.c0.uk to the new address of:

ukhowl@crucigera.warwick.ac.uk

Everyone should be already included, and anyone who's received this document from this address is on the list..

If you are not on the list, and wish to be included. Email

Majordomo@crucigera.warwick.ac.uk

and in the body of the message put the words:

subscribe ukhowl

This means all postings are immediately sent, and should require little maintenance. If you have any questions then Email me. All normal Majordomo commands apply. Send a message to the Majordomo address with the body message "help" for a list of commands.

Utlah.

Personal Apologies:

You may have noticed that I haven't been posting much recently, and there has been delays in my answering of personal Email. For this I apologise for. I seems that my life is unusually nasty at the moment, and I just haven't had the time to answer any Email properly. :( However, this should not effect the Howl in any way, bar slight delays in me answering mail from time to time. Sorry.
