EUROHOWL 2001.

With somewhat devout determination I was to organise a EuroHowl this year. Demand was there, I had several promising locations lined up, and I was reasonably close to a date that most people were happy on...

So, what happened to EuroHowl 2001 then?

Unfortunately fate intervened and in the early spring I was made redundant from my place of work at the time, so I had to concentrate more on my career than on my social life. Fortunately I found a better job elsewhere, but it involved moving, and once I started work I couldn't really accrue enough vacation time to attend the Howl. So it was with some shame and regret that I had to call off this years Howl.

It did however, increase my determination to organise one the following year!
