A DOG AT THE MOVIES

I go to the movies the other night to see "LA Confidential." After I take my seat and my eyes adjust to the dim light, I notice that a couple rows in front of me a guy is sitting next to a dog. I'd never seen that before, and I notice that this dog is really into it. During the exciting parts his ears perk up. During the scary parts he covers his eyes with his paws. During the happy parts his tail wags. After the movie I approach the owner and say, "Hey, I was watching your dog during the movie. He really enjoyed it. That's amazing." The owner says, "Yeah, I was surprised, too. He hated the book."
