Personal Therianthropy: I never really had many friends; I just didnt feel comfortable around people
other than my family. I did however (and still do) love animals. I felt that they could understand me, or
something. My dog, Shadow, was my best friend and I was closer to him than I was my family. I always told
him my secrets and worries, because I felt that he could really understand me. When he died I started
having really strange dreams about me running next to him. Sometimes I was just me and other times I was a
wolf. I believe during that time I had a few mental shifts. The dreams grew more intense and real as time
went on. I also experienced some changes irl. I felt the urge to growl when I got mad and my yawns started
to sound almost canine. One day when I was searching the web I found out about AHWW and it answered some of
my questions. Im glad that I have finally found a place where I can be accepted for what I am and I hope
to make some friends while Im here.
