Personal Therianthropy: 
Well where to start.  I should probably keep this serious, but knowing me it'll never happen!  

Long ago, when I was a child (enough with the snickering, physically a child.  Stop the laughing…. 
Eerrrr forget it) I would dream of flying.  Not in a plane or as a bird mind you but as a dragon.  
The taunt leather of my skin pushing the air away, moving me higher.  Now that is flying, but 
that's not all that would happen.  Hearing my dog Lady (Wolf- German Shepard mix) howling, and 
understand what she was howling for, would bring me running.  Later in life as I got older, 
(enough with the snickering already) the shifting would get more random.  In school once I was 
talking with a friend, then all of a sudden I was flying, cawing searching for a snack.  A Crow! 
When I shifted back my friend said I just got this blank content look on my face, freaked him out.   
Then later on I was dreaming, I was a brown bear cub fishing for the first time, I caught me a nice 
trout (a nice good 8 lb. Rainbow at that) I woke up that morning with the taste of fresh fish in my 
mouth.   I have been randomly shifting since I was a child; it sort of feels normal but also very 
abnormal.  Normal humans don't do such things.  For a while I thought I was going insane (quit 
laughing, I've had my Psych eval have YOU.) then recently I found the WEREWeb, and Shifters.org.   
What can I say growing up with ADD has a tendency to make people a little twisted; ok in my case 
very twisted, but I like it that way.  

Now my personal view on Therianthropy: It seems to me to be a combination of Totemic and personal 
freedom.  I see it as the Spirit animals are searching for helpers; protectors; humans who they feel 
will best represent them.  We are all chosen to be apart of our phenotypes family and we must 
respect the family that has chosen us.  Now that doesn't mean a WereTiger can walk amongst real 
tigers unharmed, it just means that we have a little better understanding of how they think.

not consistent on everything sometime I contribute to the forum sometimes its week's even months
